  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream for more ube or pandan flavor, try Manong Sorbetero Filipino Ice cream or Luneta Ice Cream.
  • 1/4 cup milk or any plant-based substitute
  • 3 tbsp Terifico Ube or Pandan syurp
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, and Terifico Ube or Pandan syrup.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with Terifico Ube or Pandan syrup.
